Hi, long time fan of quirky cars here (I will post the infamous 'list' of over 200!) looking to buy another r4 van which i found half a mile from my house! Guy is amenable to selling but its Irish registered and he doesn't have the paperwork though claims he can, and will get it. IF he can't, do I have any options or is it walk away time? I have bought cars without a v5 before but with a written receipt and contact details, but they were UK cars. Any advice gratefully accepted!!
