Question re C897 GWG

Good morning all. "Bertie" passed his MOT yesterday with just a couple of advisories. Not bad seeing as he had been sitting in a garage for over 10 years. Below the Renault 4GTL badge on the boot it says RALLE in light lettering. Is this someone being funny or is it some sort of special edition ?
Also would someone be kind enough to suggest which rear shock absorbers would be best to buy ?
