R4 and R6 frame

Hi R4 friends,

I can buy an old stock R6 frame for my R4. There are the same chassis for both Renaults, or more precisely, can I use the R6 frame for R4, without modifying it?

Hi I found a good french site which gave the dimensions of the chassis and the f6 chassis is 120 mm longer from what I can see. It is longer where the rear seats would be. I will post the link to the site tomorrow as I have it saved at work and cant find it now. Its a pity its not closer I could do with a new chassis for my f6 van. If you cant use it maybe it could be shipped over!

Hi Dave, thank you for the fast reply and the interesting website. However I don´t compare the Renault F4 and F6 frames, but Renault R4 and R6. As far as I know, both types were mounted on two parallel production lines.
