Hi, sending some picts of the most northern R4 on the forum...in the middle between North cape and the artic sircle. The green one is a 72 with only 69 000 km on the clock. Its completly original and owned by an old lady from new, it has a lot of surface rust but even on the back suspension the rust is only to brush of:D Engine and the other working parts is perfect! The plan is too have it repaintet and in perfect condition before the summer:smile: The blue is an TL 850 from 81 with nearly 300 000 km on the clock (with the original engine), no rust at all (thanks too the climate).
I have just sold this one to a friend that will take good care of her.

In contrast, 504s are still common here, even break and pick-up ones (there is even a Dangel 4WD pickup in my neighborhood!).

I like the '72 car. I've got a '73 that started out in the same colour. It's odd how the paint wears off the metallic green cars from that era. Look forward to seeing photos of the restoration.

Theres nothing like a good Dangel. I was tempted with a 505 dangle a few months ago but i can't manage a clutch pedal.
