R4 specialist Midlands

I have just joined the forum and am looking for a specialist in the Midlands who could give me some advice regarding my 4GTL that has been stood in my garage for about 10 years. It was running until the MOT ran out but has not moved since. I would like to find someone if possible to give me an opinion on whether it would be viable to get my car back on the road. He is in London but all is as specialised as they come. Currently saving my R4 GTL which stood for 5 years after 5 years of MOT welding abuse.
