R4 that has done only 15km!

I have found it on www.renault4serbia.com , the guy who owns it is asking how much can he get for it, he doesn't seem like someone who is into R4. He didn't gave too much details. The car still has the temporary number plates that were used to drive it from the dealership. There is a metallic blue TL with only 95km on the clock also in Serbia. God damn I've got plenty R4's and not enough money (the Alpine project is way over budget) but this is on of a kind car.

Wow!! There was at least one "never registered" 2CV but I had never heard of a R4.

There is no answer on "how much is it worth" except for putting it on ebay and see...
And there will always be the question, is it better to use it normally and anjoy a (really) new R4 as you would 20 years ago, or keep it in a garage, so that it keeps its freshness forever?
