R4 TL for Sale

Unfortunately, due to a move of house, time has come to sell my R4. It is a LHD beige TL first registered in 1985 and has just shy of 79000 kilometers on the clock. The MOT runs to August 11 but the tax runs out at the end of December.

The car has spent most of its life in the south of France and as a consequence is in very good order. It was imported (by a previous owner) into the UK in the summer of 2008 and has lived in a garage until my recent move. The chassis has been waxoyl'd. The body work is in good condition (the colour is a touch faded from its previous life in the sun) but there are a couple of spots of rust on the rear left hand panel. At its last MOT/service it had a new battery and brakes.

Looking for £2500 or ONO. Priority is that it goes to a good home.

I am not sure of prices in the UK, but from what I see it is in lovely condition, and I would have thought that it would have been worth more than £2,500 - certainly it does not need the ONO suffix.....

Beautiful car - apart from lhd (is that an issue?) looks similar to my car, which had a string of offers at £3000.
Don't underprice it, its worth a lot more.

Looks in very good condition, so could fetch more than £2500. Can't say without seeing it personally though.

LHD should present no problem: our GTL is LHD and we've not had problems (in fact, sourcing LHD parts like radiator hoses might be easier for LHD R4s).
