Hello.
Visited Renault today to get a radio code for my Renault car, but they said there is a cost involved of £17 for for a code!! (plus 45 minutes waiting time)
Surely they must give it to me for free? Or maybe someone on here knows where this is possible?

Hi all, I recently had to change my battery on my Laguna Initiale and ofcourse need to put in the radio code. I follow the instructions but when 0000 comes up on the display and i am suppose to twiddle the satnav knob nothing changes! Has anyone solved this problem or come across it?
