Rear luggage sill

The rear box section under the rear luggage sill needs welding on my R4 - I could patch it up but the best thing to do would be to replace the whole panel but not sure if this is easily done with the body on the chassis.

Has anyone has done this in situ ?

Haven't done one in situ, but the panel if it is Franzose seems to be intended to cover the old panel rather than replace it. I had difficulty getting it to fit and ended up making my own instead.
