Same opening window have some Renault SUPER 5 models. But more modern (plastic hinges). According to solution on R5 it is not so "big science".
On R5 front hinges are pop-riveted to the pillar and rear hinge (whit one you are opening window) is mounted with bolt on rear pillar.

Biggest concerns here would be how to make hols in glass?
Hinges can be little bit different than one on Super 4.

I did not look into this mater so can not tell exact names/models of hinges

A friend of mine has a window-shop and works with glass, from windows ones to table tops an ornamental frames.
He has both drill and grinder with water tank suitable to work on glass, with water pouring where the tool is working to ensure the glass will not break due to excessive heat.
So, I think a good glass-worker should be able to drill holes for you in your window.
(but what about a specific glue, e.g. the same that fixes the windows knobs and the central mirror?)
My concern would be about gasket and leaving the rain outside the car...

Some of my Renault 5s rear windows were glued, some had holes through them, guess which ones kept falling off?

I got a pair of original hinged windows in my lock up...must be pretty rare now...
