Rear wheel bearing seal

Hello

I am changing my rear brake shoes (assuming I can find a supplier) and notice that there is a rubber seal behind the inner bearing is it possible to just replace these or do they come with the bearings. Is there a clever solution such as instant gasket carefully applied?

There is no practical solution other than to replace it. It can be replaced individually but is rather hard to find.
