rear window heater

Hi Everyone,

I have a question in regards to the rear window heater.
It doesn't work anymore ... i mean it doesn't do its job. I check and the electricity arrives at the rear window ... but the line crossing the window are for some of them broken.

Would you have any recommendation to repair it or just replace the rear window?

They are still available new in France. In my experience repairs to screen wires rarely work satisfactorily and when done look unsightly anyway.

Yep, I wasted a tenner on some 'silver paint' that claimed to repair the lines, but which had no effect at all.
