rear wing size

The torsion bars go across the car, parallel to each other. The RH torsion bar is mounted about three inches behind the LH (you can see them if you look underneath), therefore the right hand wheelbase is longer than the left by about three inches, therefore the wings have to be different sizes to clear their respective rear wheels. You can see the difference by the thickness of the wing next to the rear side doors : LH is thin, RH thicker (obviously they have to end in the same place at the back otherwise the car body would be trapezoidal rather than square).

Thanks Benchseat, it's as you say! I took a quick measurement between my front and back tyres and found a difference of about 5-6cms.
