Bolts or rivets in the rear door shut and the tailgate shut bolts along the top edge inside the inner wheel arch .If you are not going to reuse them easiest way to cut the off and then tackle the fittings. Be aware you may find extensive rust needing welding where the top of the wing meets the body and in the area of the seat belt fixing.If you remove the rubber mat over the rear wheel arches ( self tapping screws} you will have a much better idea what you are up against.
Repair panels are available if you need them but they are weld on parts.
