Renault 4 wanted

Hi Guys

I have registered here because I am in search of an R4. For nostalgic reasons basically - it was the first car my wife owned when we met in 1984, and I have very fond memories of it. Anyone know where I can get one, or offer any advice on how best to go about buying one in the UK?

I am not technical, so really need one in decent condition, or that I can take somewhere reliable to have it done. It won't be my main car, just something for fun and a bit of adventure!!!

Renault 4

I have a SUPERB, ORIGINAL, white 1983 RHD Renault 4 GTL for sale.

The body work is almost like new! Really, it is!

I drives superbly, pulling 80 mph on the level. THE RUNNING GEAR IS A1+

The speedo is in KPH, I have an mph Speedo if required.

The interior is red check and is almost 100%, having a small (5mm) hole in one seat.

The car is in my drive way, I am Transfering the number plate from it (AMY).

It has a new MOT an 6 months Tax.

The speedo reads around 40,000 miles which looks genuine, but I only have a partial service history

The worst fault I cab find is a small amount of corrosion on one front inner wing. I can obtain a good bolt on replacement if required.
