Hi all
What's your opinion on the Renault 4CV? I've been offered one for sale (with CT) in good, solid condition. Minimal body restoration required (some minor scratches/knocks to deal with prior to a respray - if so desired). It's a 1952 model, with the 747cc engine.
These, although rare in good condition, are popular with collectors in France. It could be a good investment, and easy to maintain.
It wasn't on my 'list' of classics to own, but now that the chance to buy one has come my way, I'm wondering whether it might be good fun to own one, work on one, and experience that 1940s/1950s driving experience. (It would mean one of my other classics would have to go to make way for it, thought!)
Cheers
Tim
