Renault 4gtl fog lamp

Does anyone know the brand of the 80's rear fog lamp fitted at factory? Also how it attaches? Is it bolted to bumper or the bumper bracket? A photo would be great. Any help greatly appreciated

They were either Cibié or Seima:

They're attached to the body rather than the bumper. These photos aren't very good, but they might be a help.
