sorry .......van is now sold........ hugely regrettable sale of my f4 van which i have owned now for 2 years....I am presently living in northern portugal which is where the van is at present.....a reality of living here is that it will cost me an arm and a leg to legally import my van onto portuguese plates and i cannot really legally use it for longer than 6 months if i dont.....

this van is fantastic....there is zero corrosion anywhere,it has 90,000 km's on the clock (approx52,000 miles), paintwork is superb with no bumps or dents. the last two years in my ownership it has been serviced regular and has done two trips to and from portugal to northern england and has not ever missed a beat in my ownership....previous owner was the grandaughter of the first owner who meticulously maintained the van from new...

it has the gordini fergat steel rims fitted with 5.5" front and 6.5" rears. gordini style california door mirrors, subtle mid green tinted glass, porsche period check seats with professionally trimmed interior to the front and rear and moto-lita steering wheel, zenith 32if carb and free flow exhaust for increased torque....

the van is open to very sensible offers and can be delivered anywhere in the uk as i would drive back from portugal....if i cannot achieve a respectful price then i will put into storage back in the uk or take the plunge and pay the massive import duties ...

m.o.t. is until jan 2012 and tax will be the same.....it will sail through another m.o.t for sure....can e-mail any req foto's

i have been looking trust me....problem is in portugal that anything with documents seems very expensive because of import regs.....but the idea is good for sure

hello micheal, is your van still for sale? you say it is sold, but then say it is in portugal what is the story so far?

Hi Micheal,
I have only just seen your add, I may be a bearer of good news if you have not sold your 4. I live down on the Algarve and have done a lot of research into matriculation. If you matriculate a commercial vehicle there is no import tax ! but you would have to put it back to standard to get it through the equivalent of the MOT.
