I`m new on this page but old R4 fan. I`m from Slovenia where they also produced R4 (Then it was still Yugoslavia). I recently bought very good preserved 1987 GTL and this page and forum are very helpful keeping my car healthy at low costs although i`m not a mechanic
So, this is my contribution to the page. When i was searching for manual i found this:

Scan of a Serbian repair manual for renault 4. Lauguage is serbian but for those who dont understand pictures and drawings might still be usefull.
Second thing is:

That's a service and repair manual for all Renault models, including a part listing directory, technical notes of Renault and miscelanous other information on models and repairs. It is used officially by all Renault dealers and service shops.
For this you need torrent client. I already installed it and its working ok. It includes PDF manuals for all models which are much smaller files. So if someone needs just one manual i can send it to you. This is my email: zaspanchek@yahoo.co.uk
