silly question

My Quartrelle does nt have bumper overriders (The metal bars that attach from bumper to inner wing) did they all have them and this has been removed or were they an option?
I have ordered a pair from Ebay:roll:

I'd be a bit careful about talking to odd Frenchmen if I were you. Although they say 'Quatrelle' for R4 they never actually write it as such. It's just 4L in print.

The overriders (we call them "carry handles") seem to have been fitted to some models of Renault 4 and not others. Most UK cars has them after 1968, but Spanish Ls didn't have them. I guess they were model and market dependant. I quite like them, so I'd fit them to any car that was missing them.

Most of them are 'odd'where I come from here:twisted: My neigbours have been passing and commenting on the car they all seem to love it, Or have fond memories of it its great
