Hi,
I've been looking for a Solex 32 EISA 4 (found out that mine was glued inside and had one of the adjusters broken and jb welded - hence why I was never able to properly tune the car). I've also posted a "wanted" post here in the forum. It's the only thing missing for me to drive my R4.

In the meantime - what alternatives I could fit into a R6 manifold? I can't find a single EISA carb here in Portugal - only knockoffs from China. Would a R5 845cc work?

Thank you!

845 R5s were partially fitted with a Solex 32 SEIA and partially with a 32 DIS carburettor, both of them being used on the larger engined R5s, too. These will fit on your inlet manifold.
You can also fit a Zenith 32 IF7 as fitted on the latest 845 engines. Some jet tweaking may be necessary on all types of carburettors, of course, and I think Solex ones will be easier regarding parts availability.

Thank you @angel . I've managed to find a Solex 32 SEIA (from a c35 van?) as it was cheaper. Every time I'm putting the car on the road, I just find issues. I hope this is it
