Spotted in Falmouth.

Whilst I was out on the road yesterday, doing my driving job, I saw a nice looking pale blue/grey LHD 4L down by the docks in Falmouth. Somebody on holiday I reckon, enjoying the rare sunshine. Wish I'd been in Marigold, then I could have wavedOr maybe a new local owner, great, we could do with a few more 4Ls down here on the road.

Well, that's that mystery solved, I met the co-owner of "Joan", Paul, at a steam rally a couple of weeks ago, and persuaded him and his wife Rose to join Rita and I on a road run from Helston to The Lizard last Sunday. Paul's friend Stewart is away in Canada at the moment so he's looking after the 4. Its a 1989 model, said to be one of the last built in Paris, and a little cracker. The Irish reg was inherited from the previous owner who brought it over to the UK. 4Ls are a bit thin on the ground down here, so its good to see another one living in Cornwall.
