Suspension down on drivers side

Hi all

Enjoying my recent R4 purchase but have found that the suspension sits down on the drivers side and doesn't return to normal even after sitting for a couple of days.

Not too familiar with this type of suspension so can anyone help? Do I need new dampers?

Hi there. New shock absorbers won't make any difference to the ride height of your car, they just smooth out the bumps and make a more comfortable ride. It's the torsion-bars that cause the spring effect of the suspension and determine the ride height. Quite a lot has been written on this forum in the past on this subject in this very section. Go into search, type in front torsion bars, and you should get some results.

Regards, Brian.
