tickover miss

hi everyone iam new to this so be gentle problem i have is on my 2002 laguna 2.0 16v ide. there is a slight miss on tickover changed coil plugs & leads.
when you start driving the miss is gone any ideas?:

try a tin of fuel treatment in the tank first incase its carbon build up around injectors/valve seats. get a good quality one (FORTE) etc. then do a compression test. A slightly burnt valve can give unstable idle then improve as revs increase.
