Torsion bar?

Hello... Well English isn't my native language so there are some thing that will be hard to explain but I'll do my best.

I have a R4 GTL, the car is in great shape but there is a problem somewhere around front suspension, the car is lower on the front right side and it's "soft". When the car isn't loaded difference between right and left is around 30mm. When I'm alone it's not that bad but when I have a codriver it's pretty bad. What could be the reason? Torsion bar? Please advise me because I want to fix this as soon as possible.

Once again sorry for my English, if you don't understand something please ask.
Thanks.

I've had a couple of cars lean to one side and both times it was the rear suspension where the mountings had moved a little due to rust.

You can tell whether the problem is at the front of the car or the rear by placing a strong bit of wood across the car at the front and jacking the front wheels off the ground with the jack right in the middle of the car. If the ride heights at the back are different then the problen is probably at the back. You can do the same to test the front wheels.

I don't think it's the rear suspension because the car is rust free and it is how do I put it, soft when I push it down on the front right side but I'll try that thing with the wood across the car.
