Tyre sizes

Fitted the old wheels off the GTL on to the 4F6 van yesterday afternoon, and found that the car ones were 135 / 13 and the van ones 145 / 13. As I have got 2 good and 2 not so good of each size I just wondered which are the correct size for the van. The authorities are very picky about wheel sizes etc here, and I do not want to submit the van for a CT only to find that it has got the wrong size tyres on.
Anyone know the definitive answer as I am rather loth to rely on Mr Haynes!

Correct size of wheels & tyres for the The F6 van (R2370) is 145/80 14 on 4.5 Inch rims.

145 x 13 rather than 145 x 14 I think .
Perhaps keep the thinner ones to put the snowchains on!
