My F4 van has Gordini wheels with Falken 165 / 60 R13 tyres on them.
Looking to get a new set of tyres and 165 /60 R13 seem unobtainable.

Advice please on possible options?

Thanks

picked up 155/55 R13 for a 100 fitted brand new for my 5j bandeds I believe.

I am planing to go with 155/70/13 tires for alpine rims....
it is closest to 135/80/13

Looked at comparison of 135/80/13 to 165/65/13 with following results:

Diameter 21.50; 21.40
Width 5.31; 6.50
Sidewall 4.25; 4.22
Circumference 67.50; 67.30
Revs per Mile 938.40; 940.90

All figures in inches.

Comparison on speedo was very small indeed. Usually 0.02 or so.

Well within acceptable limits I think?

Vans had 145 80 13 tyres as standard
Some countries also used this size on saloons

New tyres fitted by a very efficient, professional team on my drive.
Would recommend them without reservation.:)

My 165 65 r13's rubbed slightly on the right hand side wing, not sure if you will Have the same problem too...

I just pulled the wing out a little, wasn't worried about the fancy stuff.

Suspension height and driving style can cause slight difference in clearances I've got 185 60 13 on peril and had to flatten lip upwards on front edge of floor pan behind wheel
Did try 175 70 13 once on f6 but unless driven very sedately lots of rubbing noises☺
What's the verdict then tom you must of driven by now ?

Will keep all posted.
