Unknown part

Hi all,
Today I did some more cleaning of parts that I need for my project.
I came across a piece that I don't remember taking of the donor car. So It must have come from the Sinpar wreckage. It was somewhat bend so I'm sure that I did not take it of anything.

And I need some help with this part. It is from my TL donor car, With drum brakes at the front. It sits behind one of the front silent blocks We call them cow eyes in the Netherlands. I don't remember on witch side its meant to be.

Please help??

First thing i do not know what it is but second picture could be this




It stands like this on GTL (believe it is same thing on TL) it is part of front suspension and it is turned to wheel

Thank you Petak but that's not the part I am looking for.

It is very thin metal and supposed to keep a cable in place. I can't remember if it's the handbrake cable or maybe the speedo cable.
