Want To Buy Renault 4GTL

Hello. I would like to put up a WTB (Wanted To Buy Ad) for a classic white / faded white renault 4 that could do with some work but is fast and cheap.

I would also like what the rules are concerning classic car insurance, as I would like an A-F reg as it is my understanding that the brakes will actually work. And as I would like it as a second / fun car.

Please advise.

I have GTL for sale 1987.
Good bits
MOT till December, electronic ignition, CD player, Renault roof rack.
Bad bit
Someone reversed into the off side so the doors are damaged
Needs a rear silencer and front tyres.
Car is in East Sussex near Brighton
