Wanted Starter Motor

Hi, I'm after a new starter motor. The general public want me to get one as they are fed up with push starting the car!

If you have one please let me know.

I've got half a dozen starters that don't work very well (you are more than welcome to one of them). I fitted a new one to Ermintrude last year. Brilliant - spins at hyperspeed until the engine gets going.

I should try the local motor factors for a new one. Less than £100 and brilliant!

Malcolm is absolutely right. I had to buy a new GTL starter motor, it's a Valeo (£75.62+vat)and it rips the engine over. It was an exchange unit, but brand new, not reconditioned.
