Water leaks

Hi, everyone!

It has been a wile since my last visit.

I am restoring a 1973 Renault 4LC (R1125s) and I have 2 water leaks. When it rains they wet the driver's and front passenger's feet.

I'm attaching a couple of pictures with the leaking points.

Can any one help me with this?
I can't seem to find the origin of the leakage.
Do I simply fill those holes? Or do I need to find the origin of the leakage?

These holes exit to the "airbox" , the space between the ventilation flap and the heater box. It's not water tight, so any hole through it should be plugged, and threads or self tapping screws should be sealed
