About to replace my waterpump, quick question do I need any gasket sealant to attach the pump onto the block, ( with the supplied gasket) and the little plugs that go into the pump do these need ptfe or sealant as well.
Lastly what coolant do I need.
Cheers Richard

Normally you don't need any sealant for the water pump, but it's a good measure to use a little.
For the plugs use PTFE tape or special thread sealant, not silicone one.
Green coolant works better with oure engine internals. Better still if you find the concentrated type rather than pre-mixed, and mix it yourself (50% coolant - 50% distilled water).
