insted of making problem worse by using De-icer or other liquid stuff on your door/boot-locks, as this will only collect more grit and dust
untill its solidly stuck,go buy some carpenters-pencils(cheap here at 5@£) split from top to bottom break off the one part to get to the char
coal(grafite) core, leave the graphite-core in the other half part to avoid graphite to break into pieces.
use a knife or scalpel and scrape along the gr-core ,collect all the powder on a A-4 paper which you have already made a sharp crease in the
middle of.
Now go find a small plastic-bottle with a spout/nozzle on it.Fill all the gr-powder into it and shake a little of it into the nozzle, point to where
you need to lubricate (a Little goes a Long way) a squeeze or two and you're done -As I said, Cheap!
-Alternatively you can tip-toe into wifes/girlfriends budoir and nick one of those eye-shade fat rats-ass pencils she's got around 28 of..
No need to carefully choose one -as when she discover you've taken it ,the one you took Will be the Only one one she could use,so you have
Totally ruined her day -No exeption! (this can only be made good again if you slip her your card and tell her she needs some new shoes...

Graphite is the best lubricant where oil or liquid stuff will only collect more dust.
as a bonus It won't run down the doors to make them look bad or do harm to your paint either, when renewing theres no need to clean, just
squirt on some more
Also good for bonnet-catch/release etc

-Now Where did I put that Boy scouts Good-Deeds badge ?? c",) -R.
