When size is everything

Hi I am looking for a little help from you r4 lovers.
how can I check the engine size of my little girl I am in France and the engine size aint on the registration docs ant help please

Here you go - check out the aluminium plates on the bulkhead for a first clue.... but maybe then check the engine number too.

Why indeed, they often only show the part under one engine type even if it's the same for all of them
