Which Gearbox Oil?

I've never in my life had the need to change my gearbox oil until now and I've no idea how the oil is graded.
The Heynes manual says to use Castrol SAE 80 EP Hypoid gear oil.

My local supermarket has an auto section and they stock:
Total Transmission Gear 8 75W 80
Total Transmission Duel 8FE 80W 90

Neither of them make any sense to me so maybe I should try a proper auto place.

Has anyone got any recommendations of what I should look for?

Both grades are good (75w80 and 80w90), but you have to look to the extreme pressure tolerance... since our gearboxes have hypoid gears you need a gl4 or gl5 oil, depemding on the metal of your gears; if I am right it should be gl4 if your gearbox has a number beginning with 354, and gl5 if begins with HA0.

IVe USD 80w90 oil. And for some reason it's no available anymore.
Now I use 75w80 with no trouble.
