Window frames and seals

hi my window windows won't slide they v e not moved for 14 years I managed to get the glass out of the front but would like to replace them all with better looking ones ,has anyone got some ideas on what I need and where I might get some please

What age has your 4L? Are we talking about the plastic or the metal frame?

Hi I believe they are metal its a 1984 r4
