Being inquisitive, the F4s have the pressing for the hinges/handles both sides of rear door, in what market were the handles fitted to the left side and hinged right side? ( If they ever were )

Hi laxeian, I presume the British and Irish markets for a start. The blue van in the picture is now UK registered, but started life in France.
