Army surplus

This was spotted parked at this morning's car boot sale in the next village. Do you think it's just for hunting rabbits or were R4s really used by the army?

They were used by the French military, but I don't know if that was one of them.

Ahh the good old Vide Grenier, did you get any bargins?

Yes Pepper, I bought a Peugeot Racer. That's the bike not the car!

That's funny I've got one of those in my workshop, its my friends and its a Peugeot team bike from the 1980's (when they were made of Reynolds Steel, 753 to be exact).

Its as light as my modern aluminium framed bike.
