I am looking for a windscreen for my F6 van, does anyone in the uk supply them at a reasonable price. I have seen them at Melun... and Der Franzose but the first will not ship a screen and the Fransoze want more for shippng than the screen itself? Thank you in advance

It is flat laminate glass ,a good glass merchant would be able to cut it useing yours as a pattern ,as it is larger than the saloon.

pretty sure there is one here in worthing but you would have to collect
one of my customers had one off me just in case when he had f6
and won't fit his current F4

I have tried various glass people, including windscreen chip repairers, and I am getting nowhere looking for someone to cut a 4L saloon windscreen (chip too big to repair 'apparently'... my guess is just that they are cowards because they don't know where they would get a replacement if they broke it, 'cos the chip is less than 2cm across!).

Would anyone be able to point me at someone in the SE (Brighton, Eastbourne, Hastings, London) who would do this? I get various sucking of teeth... I am clearly asking the wrong people!

Charles Pugh Glass should do it they make all auto glass screens and door glass , they used to do it whist you wait when i used them in Wembly but they moved to
Enfield now

Nice try, but I've been on the blower to them a couple fo times since your post: they no longer cut glass, don't know who would, and cannot supply windscreen.

Any other suggestions? There is one on ebay today, but comes from Italy and costs more inc shipping that getting one from DerFranzose.

It might be worth starting a new thread - to the casual browser, it looks as though you need an F6 windscreen.
I'm sure a lot of us on the forum who have spare screens are hanging on to them, just in case!

Try Brian Whiteside, of the Renault Classic Car Club - if he hasn't got one, he'll know where to find one.
You could also put a post on the RCCC Facebook page.
