Intriguing.... Maybe the voltage became a little higher after driving a distance, or perhaps a (not to) tight earth connected properly?
I found out, flasher isn't grounded on housing holder, and I was convinced it was.or perhaps a (not to) tight earth connected properly

cleaned everything, it's perfect now! Here are the pictures before:You should check wiring and fusebox again.
Not really. The 10 amp fuse would be adequate for a car's indicator and hazard lights, but if you were to attach a trailer you may need a higher rated one.so, you are changed your original opinion..
