How set the Zenith 32 IF?

hello angel Im having problems to have this right.
because if I bend the tab like you said, the valve stops to open and close, and starts to be always closed, with choke open or closed.
I guess this had allready beeing bend long time ago by others.

so I need to underdtand how it is suposed to work

with the choke fully open the valve must be open to?
with the choke fully closed the valve must beclosed to?

first one was taken with choke fully open

Hi dear,
I have a problem with 32IF cab,
I want to know about the inlet and outlet nipples on the carb and what they do? which one is for the vacuum or etc.
I tried to show those outlet/inlet pipes! However, if I'm not wrong the top one is for the oil vapor...
