How to lower R5 83

What's the easiest way to lower a r5?

Front bars you can do easily enough although you do need a special tool. Rear ones, well. You need to remove them and obviously then reposition them. The difficult bit is removing them after they've had 40 years of rusting in position. Big hammers and a suitable drift are your friends here. Hard work though.
