I've just picked up my Dads collection of cameras from his house, and blow me down with a feather, even I had not got a close idea of how many cameras my Dad had actually collected over the years!

My Mother only ever thought he had a couple of cameras at a time, but we knew better and my Dads friend and I had reckoned on about 50 cameras, we were staggered to count 120+ cameras its a massive collection.

They are totally varied and include virtually every dream camera and special camera thats ever been sold.

I'm gob smacked and really unsure of what to do with them all.

Well apart from getting some film in some of them and using them, its rekindled my enthusiasm for film cameras as I haven't used one for around 10 years now having moved over to digital very easily.

..Wow Pepper, amazing..

..I have some 15 year old unused 'film' rolls you can have as they don't make them any more!!

My sister threw all the film that my Dad had kept away, as it "was getting in the way" in the fridge!

As a locum pharmacist he'd had access to quite a lot of the older films that were hanging around in the shops that he worked in.

Where are you getting these great French beach scenes from? They look great.

Good idea, Blue bell, I also have a museum local to us called Bygones museum, who take collections like this, a lot of them are worth money, especially the nine Leicas and 5 nikons, so I'm going to keep some of them for my own memories and then sell the rest on and buy all the Grandchildren digital cameras with the proceeds.
