..And if we can remember to take a photos of the speedo when it reaches a magical number, then the rest of our friends on this site can as well but..if everyone did it, we would be in in danger of jamming the site up with speedo pics!!
I am amazed that your sweetheart doesnt appreciate how fantasic it is to do 100,000 kms or as we call it, 60,000 miles - thats one and a half time around the world - brillant!!
In the meantime, here is an old pic of Newlyn in Cornwall - Famous for fishermen, fish net tights, smocks, ripping tourists off and pilchards and look who is trying to drive down the High Street?

Last night I was driving around with my girlfriend and almost missed this important number, when I reached for my camera she was like what the hell is wrong with you
It's an important number that. Ermintrude made it to 100,000 miles in December 2007. http://www.renault4.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=988 I like the numbers that read the same backwards. 110011 last week, and slowly catching Ian's 111111.
at least from my point of view.

Oops - It was December 2006 not 2007. That would be far too many miles in 6 months.
Though last Sunday the mileage was 110011, and this Saturday the miles were 100 more. At the moment I'll do 50 miles in a week (fill the tank for £25 once every month as I drive very slowly and hold everyone up, but good fuiel economy
). Occasinally there is a very long trip. Only 20 weeks before the magic 1111111.
