I have to lower the front a bit as the extreme height puts too much stress on the drive train and especially the drive shafts.
The new one I installed a few hundred Kilometers ago is already starting to make clanging noises.

I thought of 30mm or so.
The van will still be noticeable higher in the front than a std R4 then.
