Renault r5 (mk1) 5-speed gearbox

Hello everyone I have a few questions, about the Renault r5 mk1 5-speed gearbox... I am in the process of buying one but it is missing the fifth gear (only gear is missing, it has fifth gear shifting fork at least that's what owner said).
My question: is the gearbox from the picture a 5-speed or 4-speed and whether it's possible to find (buy) the fifth gear?

It is not clear from the photo if the nose extension is there, so that we can say for sure if it is a 5-speeder.

To me it seems suspect that a gearbox on a car that has not been dismantled had been running without a fifth gear...maybe is he trying to sell you a four-speed gearbox? Gears are not that easy to source, and if you can find one pair, thay may cost the price of the secondhand gearbox...so it's pointless.
