..Well Team, this really isnt my pub of the month - It really is my Pub of The Year.
The pub belongs to my good friend Amanda and Team and is the Jolly Cricketers at Seer Green, near Beaconsfield in Bucks.
My good friend Adam and I paid Amanda a lunchtime visit today and my goodness, what a brilliant lunch it was - a lovely steak and chips served on a traditional home made Buckinghamshire Beechwood platter. Sitting on top of the steak was a huge Portobello Mushroom picked by Amanda in Seer Green Woods at 6am this very morning!!
This is a pub well worth a visit and I can't recommend it too highly - so get on down to Seer Green team and prepare yourselves to be looked after exceptionally well and dont forget to tell Amanda that Sir Ian sent you!!
