Black eye
Looks a bit like a road warrior to me!
Show me the pics of the casualities.
Nevertheless, she looks quite driveable, despite the faded paint.
Ian, you must be "home" for Xmas to be with loved ones. I hope that your Xmas was merry!
I must admit that I've been hanging out for more pics from your ingenious new abode.
As an aside, we have had an "assistant" from the area where your new home is located working at my school this year. She did not recognise your town from your photo. Her name was Anne-Claire. She is very polite, but she did mention the "new invasion" of the Brits in the area.
As a further aside, we have had about five of these annual placements to work with our Australian born foreign-language teachers of French in our school. Without exception, all of these young women have been friendly and capable ambassadors of their country.
It must be a great way to see the world, have yourself and your culture respected and get paid for the holiday.
I love the photos of snow covered R4's.
26 degrees tomorrow here,
Going to the cricket on Monday (vs Pakistan who look alright in the bowling)
but two months of fire alertness.
Cheers,
David
