At the moment car is looking ridiculous.

Rear end is far to much in the air, and front end basically at the floor.

I still did not put front torsion bars, but planing to do so right away after Christmas

Even get myself THE "tool"

Yes, the car is in Tribunj. I have a long travel from north of Norway to get there, but some weeks in spring and some in autumn I will be there.

I must say that it was very easy to mount torsion bars.

Maybe due to fact that chassis is empty.
Maybe because i had "THE" tool

There is still to see how hight adjustment will go after everything is in place

Next step is to put flywheel, clutch kit on engine and connect gearbox to engine.

Have some doughs about flywheel.

Happy news!

On 688 engine flywheel can fit only in one way.
Bolt hols are not simetircal so there is only one position to put flywheel and put all 6 bolts in place.

Yesterday was an easy day for my R4 puzzle game.
Crankshaft and camshaft seal change, flywheel and clutch installation.

Actually, they were looking alright to me, but i have changed them just to be on safe side.
I would hate myself if i found out that engine is drooling oil after all this work.

Now all seals around engine are new.

Very pleased to hear that someone is looking what i have done

And we must get in touch when you arrive in Tribunj!

It has been some time that i did not put any progress picture
But something is going one.

At the moment i have few small things to finish before i can take chassis back to body worker so that he can put body back on chassis and align all doors, bonnet, front fenders

Need to paint and mount fuel tank, and raise front torsion bars because chassis went down now that engine and gearbox is in place
