back on my Rodeo after 3 yr gap will fill in some gaps soon meanwhile some recent pics of where I am at now

have also been restoring my renault 25 limousine which is all working now
sadly I had to sell the yellow peril to finance getting these done instead

It's looking fantastic! I can imagine the work that was needed to get where you are. It would be great to see the Rodeo at the next R4 gathering, but even if it isn't ready it will be good to see you.

brakes plumbed in now engine back in tommorow
it's going to NEC restoration show 23 to 25th march not finished but drivable

Really good work on adapting the front of the chassis so the HA1 will fit with that nice R5 engine with Weber carb and power brakes.
I always love and like it to see diy chassis repairs and adaptions
Keep up the good work after a few years gap, I know how it feels I'm in a gap as well.

the front crossmember I used is from mk 1 5 automatic which is designed as a bolt in part I have made bracket for r4 chassis so it bolts in to mine and the r5 ha1 mount is correct gap

pics as promised taken today just need driveshafts and calipers in and it should be driveable
have also found a nice colour blue to paint the body plastic panels in with contrasting charcoal grey to replace the brown sections

trip out today on towing frame to get front torsion bars set lower as I reassembled 1 spline too high

aha so you may know that I actually worked for him in 1977 when I left school then

so after a few last minute jobs including wiring up a temporary loom to run fan alternator etc to key switch I hitched it up to my other project and set off for Nec Birmingham
dropped off and going back to collect Sunday
it's on Renault owners club stand in hall 5
